Establishing, tracking, and updating clinical protocols to ensure strict compliance with AHA, ACC, and Joint Commission standards. Monitoring the quality of care for cardiac patients by auditing medical records and providing direct performance feedback to treatment and transport teams. Driving education and collaboration among internal nursing staff and external partners, including EMS, local fire departments, and transferring hospitals. Minimum Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
