Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III and IV NICU environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care for NICU patients.
• Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans for neonates.
• Document medical procedures and patient responses while maintaining accurate health records using Epic.
• Float between units and manage a variety of neonatal cases to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in family teaching and provide support for neonates' caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in WA or Compact State.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a NICU setting.
• Certification in BLS and NRP.
• Experience with critical care equipment and neonatal monitoring systems.
• Ability to manage complex patient conditions with critical thinking and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Epic Charting System is required.
