Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations: control profit loss through cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor management, and financial report review. Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork through effective training, communication and relationship building. Plan and ensure the professional growth and development of the management team and crew members. Maintain an exceptional level of customer service. Know and manage compliance with federal, state and local labor laws. Work with integrity, honesty and accountability in all situations. Requirements Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability. Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a high-volume, fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of food and labor cost controls. Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales. Excellent customer service standards. Passion for results. Valid driver's license and vehicle. Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Must pass a drug test and background check.
