Concierge

About the Position We are currently seeking a Concierge. The Concierge organizes, coordinates, and implements various resident services and programs and acts as an information source to residents regarding local market resources. Responsibilities Greet all guests and residents Provide door security and ground security Hold doors for those entering the building Receive incoming deliveries and notify residents when packages are ready for pick up Deliver notices and resident communications door to door Interact effectively with a diverse group of people, stay calm under pressure, and provide cheerful assistance to others Requirements At least six months of customer service experience Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively A positive attitude and an ability to communicate and work well with others Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations Compensation and Benefits Part‑Time Temporary – $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.
