Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling from an accredited institution
• Current State of Michigan licensure (LMSW or LPC); LLMSW/LLPC considered with expectation to gain full licensure
• Prior school-based social work or counseling experience preferred
• Experience with collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to provide official university transcripts, LARA license, and MDE SW Approval
• Comfortable working onsite with K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and evaluate tiered student interventions
• Consult and provide case management, supporting general and special education
• Participate in MTSS and student support meetings
• Manage and report data; utilize evidence-based intervention strategies
• Engage families in the educational process and coordinate multi-service supports
• Provide individual and group interventions
• Maintain thorough student records and documentation
