Maintenance Technician

Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician at a Leading Food Manufacturing Facility in Fresno!
Are you a skilled maintenance professional seeking a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation of our production equipment.


Work Schedule & Compensation:
Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed
All shifts available!
Starting pay of $22/hour or more, based on experience


Key Responsibilities:
Set up, repair, install, and maintain machinery and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and prolong equipment lifespan
Measure, calibrate, and troubleshoot machinery to maintain operational efficiency
Visually inspect machines and listen for unusual sounds to identify malfunctions
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repair status and equipment issues
Collaborate with shift teams to review production schedules, identify repair needs, and coordinate product changeovers
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, food safety protocols, SQF requirements, and internal/external audits
Report food safety and quality concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel


Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience with manufacturing or production equipment is essential
Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic troubleshooting skills
Ability to follow safety guidelines strictly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
