Why This Role Is Important

Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time for approximately 300 employees.
Help manage workers` compensation, benefits and fringe benefit requirements.
Maintain compliance across multiple states and employee populations.
Create stability and continuity across essential payroll and employee administration functions.

The Background That Fits

Hands-on payroll experience with the ability to independently manage day-to-day processing and issue resolution.
Experience supporting benefits, workers` compensation and fringe benefit administration.
Multi-state payroll experience
Acquisition or employee integration experience strongly preferred.
Union payroll experience is helpful but not required.
Detail-oriented, responsive and comfortable working in a lean, growing organization.
