Location: Remote
Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of multi-state and provincial payroll, ensuring compliance with all payroll laws, and completing quarterly and annual payroll tax reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing for all assigned legal entities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, province and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Review and reconcile payroll data, including timekeeping.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
- Assist with payroll audits and respond to inquiries from employees, management, and external agencies.
- Perform quarterly and annual payroll tax reconciliations.
- Prepare and Support year-end payroll processing.
- Support the implementation and testing of payroll system upgrades and enhancements.
- Complete payroll-related analysis and reporting as assigned
