We are looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial and residential projects
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and schedules
• Read and interpret plans and specifications
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and customers
• Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Concrete Foreman or Crew Leader
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license
