About the role: Our clients count on us to make the legal process seamless and efficient from scheduling court reporters and legal videographers to ensuring transcripts are delivered on time and flawlessly accurate. As a Client Scheduling Representative (Corporate Services) , you'll be the first point of contact for attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals looking to schedule depositions, whether virtual or in-person. You'll become a trusted partner to our clients, expertly gathering important case details, understanding their preferences, and managing every logistical detail to ensure a smooth and professional experience. This role is all about delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and collaborating across teams to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
