Overview Physical Therapist – Confluent Health Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy. Clinic location: North Phoenix, 539 E Glendale Ave, Suite 105, Phoenix, AZ 85020. Salary range: $86,000 – $105,000. Up to $10,000 in sign‑on bonuses available and a weekly bonus based on patient volume. Responsibilities Applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the State of Arizona. Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply. Students are encouraged to apply ahead of graduation. CPR and first aid certification required.
