Outside Sales Representative - HVAC/R

This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Representative based in St. Louis, MO. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth throughout the commercial and industrial market. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working directly with contractors, facility managers, property managers, and business owners. Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical systems, or related construction sales is preferred. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Generate and follow up on sales leads Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations for clients Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction Conduct site visits and identify client needs and opportunities Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals Track sales activity and client interactions within CRM software Stay informed on industry trends, equipment, and market conditions Represent the company professionally in the field and at networking events Qualifications 3-5 years HVAC/R, mechanical, construction, or industrial sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Competitive base salary plus commission structure Company vehicle Cell phone and laptop provided Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Marick Mechanical is an equal opportunity employer.
