Job Title: IT Project Manager â€" Digital Employee Experience (DEX)Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to partner with our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and End User Computing (EUC) teams. In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects aimed at engineering a secure, modern, and highly productive workforce environment.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical IT architects and business stakeholders, ensuring the seamless delivery of enterprise collaboration tools, unified endpoint solutions, and automation initiatives that eliminate manual toil.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of complex IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects from inception to closure.

Ecosystem Optimization: Manage initiatives focused on scaling and optimizing our SaaS and collaboration footprint, including Google Workspace, Jira, and LumApps.

Security & Compliance: Coordinate projects that enforce robust messaging security and safeguard enterprise communications.

Endpoint & Mobility Management: Oversee rollouts related to unified endpoint management (UEM) and OS lifecycle management (Mac, Windows, Mobile).

Automation & Efficiency: Partner with IT architects to identify opportunities for strategic automation, replacing manual overhead with streamlined workflows.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical engineering teams, IT architects, and enterprise business leaders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years of IT Project Management experience, specifically within EUC (End User Computing), DEX, or Enterprise IT Infrastructure.

Technical Familiarity: Strong working knowledge of SaaS ecosystems (Workspace, Jira), intranet platforms (LumApps), and modern endpoint management solutions.

Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks (PMP or Scrum certification is a plus).

Communication: Exceptional soft skills with the ability to translate deeply technical architecture plans into clear, actionable business milestones.

Drive: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving the day-to-day employee experience.
