You’ll be the glue that keeps our service department humming. The Go‑To Communicator: Keep our riders in the loop with timely updates, clear explanations, and a positive, can‑do attitude. No jargon, just straight talk. Master of the Estimate: Create accurate and transparent service quotes, explaining costs and timelines with confidence. Fuel the Dream: Suggest custom parts, performance upgrades, and accessories that will make our riders' bikes truly their own. Your Toolkit A passion for the open road and the Harley‑Davidson brand is a huge plus (but not required). We can teach you the rest. Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally as a service writer, advisor, or in high‑end retail. An organized brain that can track multiple jobs without breaking a sweat. Excellent communication skills—in person, on the phone, and in writing. A friendly, energetic, and professional personality that fits our culture of family, fun, and freedom.
