Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing technical issues, effectively communicating with both technicians and customers, and managing service appointments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build trust with customers while maintaining dealership standards. Location: Houston, TX, 77074 Key Responsibilities Assess technical issues presented by customers and communicate them clearly to the service technicians. Effectively communicate with customers regarding their vehicle repairs, service options, and status updates. Conduct transactions accurately and efficiently, including service orders and payments. Efficiently manage multiple service appointments and workflow to maximize productivity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
