Service Advisor (Bilingual - English/Spanish) - High-Performing Shop in Houston
Chimney Rock Car Care is growing, and we’re looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team.
We prioritize honesty, transparency, and a high-level customer experience , and we’re looking for someone who can communicate clearly, build trust, and help our customers make confident decisions.
Established, high-volume independent shop in Houston (Galleria area).
10-bay facility with an experienced, structured team.
Digital Vehicle Inspections with photos & videos.
Strong reputation with 700+ Google reviews.
Guide customers through the repair process from start to finish.
Clearly communicate concerns between customers and technicians.
Deliver a consistent, high-level customer experience.
Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
Automotive Service Advisor experience (required).
You educate customers - you don’t just quote prices.
You take ownership of your performance.
You want to grow with a structured, improving shop.
Competitive pay (base + performance bonuses).

Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends).
