Chastang Ford - "The Ford Truck Experts"

As one of Houston's fastest-growing Ford dealerships, we are expanding our service department to ensure that we deliver the experience that our clients expect. We are adding an additional Service Advisor to our team because quite frankly, we do not have enough manpower to ensure each client receives the level of engagement they desire in addition to the stress that it creates for our team who wants to deliver that experience to every client. As a Ford Truck Center, 95% of our service business is commercial so our advisors must be adept at building relationships with drivers and decision-makers. They are often frequently asked technical questions, so our advisors need to be able to communicate well with the technicians. The pay for this position is salary plus commission and we pay Bi-Weekly.

THE POSITION:

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong ability to provide exceptional client interactions. • Responsible for working with clients to determine a solution to their vehicles needs
• Communicating with clients and technician
• Understand and apply factory and aftermarket warranties
• Coordinate ride shares to pick up or deliver clients
• Provide courteous, polite, and professional service with a smile
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

THE LOCATION:

Chastang Ford is located in Houston, TX., approximately one-mile East of I-69 on the 610 North Loop East.
