Overview

Seeking a technically skilled and service-oriented Senior Associate, IT Technology to support audiovisual (AV) systems, Microsoft Teams meeting environments, and executive meeting experiences for a growing organization. This onsite opportunity will focus on maintaining meeting room technology, supporting live business and executive meetings, troubleshooting AV issues in real time, and managing IT service requests to ensure reliable, high-quality meeting experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, and Poly devices, along with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Crestron, and Poly audiovisual systems across meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
\n
• Prepare and support business and executive meetings, including pre-meeting technology checks, rehearsals, and real-time AV troubleshooting.
\n
• Perform daily meeting room sweeps, preventive maintenance, and approved software and firmware updates to maintain system reliability.
\n
• Manage ServiceNow incidents and service requests, ensuring accurate ticket documentation, timely resolution, and adherence to established SLAs and KPIs.
\n
• Maintain AV equipment inventories, asset records, and technical support documentation.
\n
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs, replacements, installations, and technical escalations.
\n
• Collaborate with Facilities, internal business stakeholders, and global IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
\n
• Independently manage assigned IT activities and contribute to projects, process improvements, and service optimization initiatives.
\n
• Communicate technical issues, resolutions, and project updates effectively during team meetings and stakeholder interactions.
\n
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service when supporting executives and high-profile meetings.
\n
• Manage competing priorities and provide flexible support for critical meetings outside standard business hours when needed.
\n

Required Skills

\n
• Hands-on experience supporting audiovisual systems and Microsoft Teams meeting environments.
\n
• Experience supporting live production or corporate meeting environments, including event preparation, rehearsals, and real-time AV troubleshooting.
\n
• Working knowledge of Crestron, Poly devices, and basic AV networking concepts.
\n
• Experience managing IT service tickets through ServiceNow or a similar IT service management platform.
\n
• Understanding of ticket ownership, service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and service performance reporting.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, take ownership of technical issues, and prioritize time-sensitive requests.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability for service quality.
\n
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones.
\n
• Professionalism and discretion when supporting executive meetings and other high-visibility events.
\n
• Ability to work onsite and provide flexible support for critical meetings outside standard business hours when required.
