IT Senior Manager (Mergers & Acquisitions)

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Manager of IT Mergers & Acquisitions to lead technology integration strategy across corporate development. The role involves designing M&A playbooks, conducting IT due diligence, managing system migrations, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a hybrid Princeton-based position.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical workstreams for M&A and divestitures focused on IT due diligence and risk assessment
- Orchestrate transition from due diligence to post-merger integration of IT infrastructure and systems
- Develop Day 1 readiness plans and long-term End State roadmaps for acquired entities
- Manage Transitional Service Agreements and ensure regulatory compliance with GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business field; master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years' experience in life sciences, pharma, medtech, or biotech industries
- 5+ years leading process improvement initiatives
- 5+ years supporting digital strategy and transformation programs
- 3+ years supporting business development, integrations, and post-integration processes
- Executive presentation skills and corporate finance understanding
- Project management and stakeholder management experience
Compensation: $125,350–$172,500 USD salary
