About the Role

The Company is in search of a Full-Time Executive Director to spearhead its mission of enhancing the quality of life for the community. The successful candidate will be tasked with development responsibilities, including the identification and cultivation of donor relationships, as well as the coordination of the annual campaign. Internal management duties encompass oversight of financial and administrative operations and staff supervision. The role also involves promotion and marketing to raise awareness of the company's mission and services, as well as community leadership and the development of partnerships. The Executive Director will be actively involved in all phases of the grantmaking process and must be committed to the charitable intentions of the company's donors. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in philanthropy, community development, nonprofit management, or a related field. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in development, internal management, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in these areas and be adept at fostering relationships, both within the organization and with external stakeholders. Experience in grantmaking and a deep understanding of the philanthropic sector are essential.
