You’ll play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders, fostering growth and confidence in children from a variety of backgrounds.

Ideal qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid SLP state license
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Dedication to fostering positive student outcomes

Key responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations, therapy, and documentation for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
• Document progress, maintain records, and comply with all school and district policies
• Offer support and resources to staff and families
