This outpatient primary care clinic delivers comprehensive healthcare services to an adult underserved patient population, operating with established protocols that support both scheduled and walk-in patient visits. The facility maintains appropriate medical infrastructure to ensure quality primary care delivery within an ambulatory setting. Clinicians are expected to be Medicare enrolled and to bring ambulatory experience to support the clinical demands of this practice environment.

New York City offers a range of outdoor and recreational activities, including cycling, chess at Bryant Park, and yoga on the Great Lawn in Central Park. Notable landmarks such as the Brooklyn Bridge, the High Line, and Governors Island are among the areas worth exploring. The Staten Island Ferry provides a no-cost transit option with views of the harbor.

The Internal Medicine physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients (18 and older) Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with one late night until 7:00 PM per week and one Saturday per month, managing approximately 20 to 30 patients per day. The clinician will serve an underserved patient population and arrange patient session schedules that accommodate both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled walk-in visits. Call participation is required, including evening and weekend call coverage. Candidates must hold board certification, maintain Medicare enrollment, possess ambulatory care experience, and demonstrate prescriptive authority. A credentialing timeframe of at least 60 days is required.
