Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Provide L1/L2 technical support to employees at the Fishkill distribution center.
\n
• Deliver a professional, responsive, and customer-focused technology experience.
\n
• Diagnose and resolve Windows desktop and laptop hardware/software issues.
\n
• Troubleshoot Zebra handheld devices, barcode scanners, printers, and related warehouse technology.
\n
• Provide support for Microsoft Office and general business applications.
\n
• Create, update, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets using ServiceNow.
\n
• Perform device deployment, configuration, setup, and asset management.
\n
• Research technical issues and determine appropriate solutions using established procedures and documentation.
\n
• Escalate issues that require higher-level technical assistance.
\n
• Provide hands-on support to warehouse employees and phone-based support to users at the same location.
\n
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and keep users informed throughout the resolution process.
\n
• Occasionally provide remote support to other Gap locations when needed.
\n
• Collaborate with the local IT team and broader Gap warehouse technology support organization.
\n
• Maintain consistent service quality and a high level of customer satisfaction.
\n
• Manage multiple technical issues and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Follow established IT processes, procedures, and service-level expectations.
\n

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

\n
• 6 months+ of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support.
\n
• Experience providing L1/L2 technical support.
\n
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows computers.
\n
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to ask effective questions, identify the root cause of issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
\n
• Experience working with an IT ticketing/service management system.
\n
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accurate documentation.
\n
• Ability and willingness to work 100% onsite in Fishkill, NY.
\n
• Experience with ServiceNow.
\n
• Experience supporting Zebra handheld devices.
\n
• Experience with barcode scanners.
\n
• Experience troubleshooting printers.
\n
• Experience with device deployment and configuration.
\n
• Experience with IT asset management.
\n
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, retail, logistics, or fulfillment environment.
\n
• CompTIA A+ certification.
\n
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
\n
• Microsoft Office troubleshooting experience.
\n
