Gestalten Sie mit uns die Logistik von morgen. Aufgaben Diese Stellenausschreibung betrifft alle unsere Warehouses, inklusive den neuen Warehouses in Rastatt und Muggensturm. Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für das administrative Tagesgeschäft unserer Kunden im Bereich Warehouse. Zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehören Warenein- und Warenausgangsbuchungen, Bestandsprüfungen und die Bearbeitung von Retouren. Dabei stehen Sie in enger Abstimmung mit dem gewerblichen Team und unseren Speditionsabteilungen. Sie erstellen Kennzahlen, die zur Abrechnung der Warehouse-Prozesse notwendig sind. Sie unterstützen administrativ bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inventuren. Sie übernehmen Bürotätigkeiten, welche im Arbeitsalltag anfallen. Sie koordinieren die Kommunikation zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen und stellen sicher, dass alle relevanten Informationen zeitgerecht fließen. Profil Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Sie bringen erste Erfahrung in der Administration in einem Warehouse als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) mit. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) werden vorausgesetzt Sie haben gute englische Sprachkenntnisse sowie bestenfalls Kenntnisse in einer weiteren europäischen Fremdsprache (französisch/spanisch). Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen. Sie besitzen eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
