• Valid Special Education Teacher certification and credentials (State of AZ or eligibility for reciprocity)
• Experience working with middle school students preferred
• Strong classroom management and differentiated instruction skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, families, and support staff
• Adaptability and a passion for creating inclusive learning experiences

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct instructional support within the classroom and in smaller group settings
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed
• Communicate regularly with families and engage them in the educational process
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in IEP team meetings
