Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate Professor

Position Summary The Division of Radiologic Science is recruiting for a fixed‑term faculty appointment at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate Professor. Primary Responsibilities Teach upper‑division undergraduate degree courses related to professional communication, leadership, research, medicolegal issues, and master’s level research courses. Play an active role in leadership in the Division of Radiologic Science as specified with the Department Chair. Serve as Curriculum Director for the master’s degree program. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Division Director or assumed role as Division Director. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Doctoral degree related to administration, healthcare, research, public health, or informatics; applicants nearing completion of doctoral degree may be considered. Graduate of an accredited medical imaging program (JRCERT or JRCDMS). Certification in radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or certification in sonography by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Prior teaching experience in a baccalaureate medical imaging program. Record of leadership positions in academia, healthcare, or industry. Prior administrative experience. Publication and presentation record at the state, regional, and national level. Interest in artificial intelligence, imaging informatics, global health, or abroad opportunities for faculty and students. Active participation in professional societies (JRCERT/JRCDMS, ARRT/ARDMS, ASRT/SDMS). Special Physical/Mental Requirements None specified.
