Your primary responsibilities will include greeting patients warmly upon arrival, efficiently checking them in, and managing phone inquiries with empathy and professionalism. You will assist in scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and coordinating with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. Maintaining accurate patient records and managing insurance documentation will also be key components of your role.Daily collaboration with your teammates and providing support in problem-solving will be crucial for fostering a customer-centric environment. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 32–40 hours per week. Strong customer service skills are crucial for creating a welcoming environment, while experience in patient registration and medical collections will enhance the overall patient experience.
