The opportunity Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills, California. As a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you will prepare the bakery products at Monsieur Dior and ensure all items are served in a timely manner to the highest freshness and quality. Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings. What will you do? Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked, and utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens Ensures proper baking temperatures are maintained, and food is stored correctly Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines More about you 2-3 years of experience on or in a similar role.
