Job Description

We are seeking an experienced night shift Emergency Department (ED) nurse to join our team in a high-volume, 48 treatment space emergency department. This role offers a patient ratio of 1:5, ensuring a manageable workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while managing care effectively in a busy setting.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Document patient information accurately in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and with compassion.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state nursing license required.
• Experience in an Emergency Department setting preferred.
• Professional credentials, such as BLS and ACLS certifications, may be required.
• Completion of a fit test and health screenings required prior to starting.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
