Hatchery Position

This position is responsible for performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Hatchery general production hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00pm to 4:30 am. Every other Wednesday. Applicants will be considered for openings at the Hatchery. Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are required in all areas. Lifting may be required up to 50 lbs. These positions work in a hot, dusty, and humid environment. Team members will be using high pressure hose. Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild, or exotic fowl to be considered. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Rehire consideration: 180 days (6 months) waiting period. Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
