Radiography & Medical Assisting Instructor

Remington College is seeking exceptional Medical Assisting with X-ray instructor to teach in our MAX program! We’re looking for talented x-ray tech instructors to join the academic team at our Dallas Campus. This individual will report to the Campus Dean. Teaches courses as assigned, instructs, and evaluates students, develops students’ skills and encourages growth, and tracks their attendance, performance, and grades. Participates in various administrative activities (e.g., attends faculty/staff meetings or in-service meetings). Participates in graduation ceremonies, as assigned. Participates regularly in continuing professional development activities. Performs other duties or special projects as assigned. Education/Experience Needed: An associate degree or higher in radiological science, medical assisting, or related. At least four (4) years of practical work experience in a radiography environment, with hands on knowledge of related procedures. Certified as MRT and credentialed as a radiographer with ARRT, OR Certified as LMRT with certificate categories that match the categories of instruction, OR A practitioner (such as a chiropractor with a license) in good standing with all appropriate regulatory agencies and not subject to any discipline orders.
