Mechanical HVAC Engineer – Greenwich, CT Area
A well-established consulting engineering firm in the Greenwich, CT area is seeking a Mechanical HVAC Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of commercial, institutional, healthcare, and high-end building projects while collaborating with experienced MEP professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC systems for new construction and renovation projects
- Prepare construction documents, plans, and specifications
- Perform load calculations and equipment selection
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
- Assist with site visits and construction administration
Qualifications:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years of HVAC design experience with an MEP consulting firm
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Knowledge of HVAC load calculations and building systems
- EIT certification is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
