This position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact work across commercial, industrial, education, and municipal facilities while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and designers.The ideal candidate is a seasoned mechanical engineer with strong technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, a passion for mentoring junior staff, and the ability to manage projects from concept through construction. This role combines hands-on engineering, project leadership, and client engagement, making it well suited for a professional looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.This position may sit fully remote with travel as needed to job sites within the Northeast.
