Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN Opportunities

Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PRN) to join our team at a beautiful skilled nursing and long-term residential rehabilitation facility in Fayetteville, NC.

Conveniently located just minutes from the hospital and surrounding medical offices, our facility provides a warm, inviting, and home-like environment where patient-centered care is our top priority. We are committed to meeting the wants, needs, and goals of every resident we serve.

You will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary rehabilitation team , working alongside:

• Physical Therapists
  
• Occupational Therapists
  
• Speech-Language Pathologists
  
• Restorative Nursing Aides
  

Together, we provide comprehensive, high-quality therapeutic care that supports each resident’s independence and quality of life.

• PRN (as needed) hours with flexible scheduling
  
• Department hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days per week
  
• Supportive, team-oriented work environment

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services in a SNF setting
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on patient care plans
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  
• Provide patient and caregiver education to promote functional outcomes
  

Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school. Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable). Capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an adult-size patient. Licensed by the state in which the Physical Therapist resides or practices Physical Therapy according to state requirements.
