Lease Administrator Columbus, OH Onsite Salary: $55,000-65,000 About The Opportunity Our client, a respected player in the commercial real estate industry, is seeking a Lease Accountant and Administrator to support their growing portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment and enjoys working across accounting, operations, and tenant relations. What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of commercial leases. This includes: Abstracting and interpreting lease agreements Setting up tenant accounts and managing rent invoicing Performing CAM reconciliations and reviewing general ledger activity Coordinating collections, billbacks, and security deposit transactions Handling tenant communications, insurance tracking, and lease compliance Supporting utility transfers, maintenance requests, and lease milestones Collaborating closely with accounting and property management teams What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business (or Associate’s with additional experience) 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including strong skills with Excel Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask #INSEP2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
