What You'll Do:

• Perform precision mechanical inspections using blueprints, dimensioned drawings, and a variety of metrology equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections of electronic assemblies using microscopes and magnifiers.
• Complete first article inspections, prepare detailed inspection reports, and communicate quality discrepancies to engineering teams.
• Perform source inspections at supplier locations and support supplier audits and Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
• Maintain accurate quality records, identify inspection equipment needs, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, planning, and procurement teams.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ years of experience in interpreting drawings/blueprints
• 6+ years of experience in Inspection tooling: Gauges, calipers, micrometers.

What Sets You Apart: 

• Associates Degree
• Experience in maintaining records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures
• IPC-A-610 Certification
• Hexagon CMM certification (PC-DMIS software)
• Keyence Vision system programming experience
• Optical lens inspection experience
• Be able to work in a team environment with Engineers and Technicians.
• Able to also work independently at times
• Self-motivated/must take initiative
