Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our team in Aiken, SC. This role includes a faculty position within our community-based Family Medicine residency program or Transitional Year program.

Position Highlights:

• Employment: Join our organization as part of Aiken Physicians Alliance.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient care only; no inpatient responsibilities or hospital calls.
• Location: Work at one of four primary care clinics in the Aiken area.
• Team Environment: Collaborate with a supportive group of physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and Medical Assistants (MAs).
• Patient Load: Manage approximately 18-20 patients daily.
• Technology: Utilize Cerner EMR for patient management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold our mission to provide high-quality, compassionate healthcare to Aiken and its surrounding communities.
• Deliver comprehensive family medical care in a community-focused environment.
• Conduct preventative care, including wellness visits, screenings, and health education.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of conditions, from common ailments to chronic diseases.
• Act as core or teaching faculty, mentoring and supervising Family Medicine residents or Transitional Year trainees.
