5+ years of COO experience
Complex, geographically dispersed restaurant portfolios with independent restaurants
Experience with multiple concepts and brands
Strong experience with licensing, management agreements and franchise relationships
International operations
New restaurant opening experience, growing and scaling companies and restaurant turnarounds
COO Responsibilities
Lead and strengthen the Operations Team
Improve restaurant-level performance and profitability
Create great accountability and follow-through
Align Operations, Culinary, Finance, HR, Marketing and Sales
Translate the company vision into clear operational priorities and execution
Standardize training materials across all brands
