Assistant Professor of Clinical - Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Psychologist

Job Summary Full‑time faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. This individual will provide clinical neuropsychological services that may include mental health screenings and psychological assessments. Responsibilities Administer tests for intelligence, memory, attention, language, and sensorimotor functions. Evaluate disorders such as dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke, brain tumors, and ADHD. Develop cognitive rehabilitation plans and, in some cases, provide psychotherapy. Prepare detailed, evidence‑based reports to guide medical treatment. Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and other medical staff. Provide supervision for post‑doctoral psychology fellows. Attend multidisciplinary team meetings. Identify patients requiring psychiatric evaluation. Minimum Qualifications Education: Psy.D. or Ph.D.; valid State of Florida Licensed Psychologist. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Completion of a fellowship with specialized training in neuropsychology. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for patient care and data interpretation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
