Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers and technicians with identifying, locating, and ordering the correct parts for equipment or repair needs.
- Source parts from suppliers, place orders, and coordinate timely distribution to customers or internal teams.
- Provide friendly, professional service while communicating clearly with customers, technicians, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, parts information, and order documentation.
- Keep the parts counter, inventory area, and workspaces organized, clean, and efficient.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards in daily operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Assist customers and technicians with parts requests and product needs.
- Identify, source, order, and distribute parts accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized parts records, inventory information, and counter area.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members to support timely service.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Customer service or parts counter experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for looking up parts, entering orders, and maintaining records.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Dependable work ethic and commitment to professional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

- Automotive, equipment, construction, or mechanical parts knowledge is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a retail parts counter, service department, warehouse parts room, or equipment support environment is preferred.
