Outside Sales Administrator - Longview, TX
$30 per hourMATHESON
Job Title
Salary Range: $30.00 per hour + Commission Plan
Essential Functions
Provide OSR with administrative support associated with:
- Credit Applications and new account forms
- Contract pricing forms, rollback forms and rollback calculations
- Orders and quotes that require special handling and cannot be taken care of by the counter sales team, long quotes (over 20 items) for bids and more complex orders
- Customer usage reports when needed, including cost savings reports
- Assistance with billing questions, credit assistance and AR resolution
- PSAs prep
- Support site activities as required (counter, warehouse, etc.)

- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
