Technical Project Manager
Maven Workforce Inc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management within software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), system design principles, cloud infrastructure, and software delivery practices.
- Solid knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems, including native app development, app release management, and hybrid/webview architectures.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on schedule.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, including reporting, dashboard creation, bottleneck analysis, and delivery tracking.
- Technical understanding of API integrations, API testing, and software architecture concepts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative, and globally distributed environments.
- Delivery-oriented mindset with strong accountability and execution focus.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer impact.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities effectively
