Position Summary
The Yardi Specialist will serve as the administrator for the organization’s enterprise real estate management platform. This role is responsible for ensuring system integrity, optimizing financial reporting, and providing cross-departmental support to maximize the efficiency of portfolio operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day configuration, security permissions, and core functionality of the Yardi environment.
- Oversee complex data sets and financial analysis to ensure accurate NOI tracking and portfolio performance reporting.
- Develop and implement standardized processes (SOPs) to streamline lease administration, CAM reconciliations, and recovery processes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for troubleshooting system issues and providing training to high-performing property management teams.
- Lead system-related capital initiatives, including integrations and module upgrades, to support acquisitions and due diligence activities.
Qualifications
- Significant background in commercial real estate operations, with a focus on residential portfolios.
- Advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager
