Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement

Oak Street Health is seeking a Patient Relations Analyst (PRA) to educate patients about Medicare programs, resources, and affordable insurance options, improving access to care and retention within our clinics. The PRA will also advocate for patients by guiding them through insurance choices, billing questions, and eligibility, reporting to the Associate Patient Relations Manager.
