SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY * Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life. * Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other mental and developmental disabilities. * Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily functional activities including but not limited to meal preparation, house keeping, and life skills group. CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION * Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent * Experience providing direct care * Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (i.e. Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal Background) * Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation - a must.
