What your day will look like: Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to ensure optimal performance Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs promptly and proactively to enhance satisfaction and retention Conduct periodic site visits to portfolio properties Prepare detailed financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making for property owners Manage lease administration processes including renewals, amendments, and tenant improvement coordination Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements while maintaining comprehensive documentation Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings Ability to prioritize and multi-task All other duties as assigned or necessary to fulfill management obligations REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 years property management experience Bachelor’s degree required Position is in our Brentwood, TN office, 5 days per week Financial acumen required; must be able to review, understand, and compute building P&Ls, CAM Caps, etc. Experience with MRI or YARDI software strongly preferred A proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service Superior verbal and written communication skills #HVHome #J-18808-Ljbffr
