OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a motivated, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of their work. Our most successful Property Managers are proactive problem-solvers, strong relationship builders, and exceptional communicators. What your day will look like:

• Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to ensure optimal performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs promptly and proactively to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Conduct periodic site visits to portfolio properties
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making for property owners
• Manage lease administration processes including renewals, amendments, and tenant improvement coordination
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements while maintaining comprehensive documentation
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• All other duties as assigned or necessary to fulfill management obligations

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years property management experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Position is in our Brentwood, TN office, 5 days per week
• Financial acumen required; must be able to review, understand, and compute building P&Ls, CAM Caps, etc.
• Experience with MRI or YARDI software strongly preferred
• A proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
