Residential Property Manager

Smd-Southern Management & Development
- Minimum 5 Yrs. experience as a Residential Property Manager
- Operate a 112 unit Apartment complex efficiently in Winter Garden, Fl
- Rents apartments, turn vacant units
- Collect rents/enter to computer
- Able to take legal action for delinquent payers and evictions
- Interact professionally with employees, vendors, residents
- Negotiates contracts with vendors
- Ensures all property maintained to company standards
- Hires and trains all employees In conjunction with HR Dept
- Walks property daily
- prepare annual budget
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, AMSI experience a plus
- Marketing the property/taking market survey
- Experience with AMSI Software a plus
