The goal is to help individuals regain their independence following an injury or illness. The dietitian will provide specialized nutrition care tailored to the individual needs of patients. Responsibilities include assessing nutritional needs and developing appropriate dietary plans. The patient population includes adults and geriatric patients recovering from various conditions. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential in this role. The ability to adapt to patients' needs and provide evidence-based care is crucial. Experience with managing nutritional needs in complex medical situations is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
