General Summary of Duties: The HR Generalist is responsible for promoting employee satisfaction, resolving conflicts, and creating a positive employee experience. Essential Functions: Collaborate in developing and implementing employee relations strategies and programs. Conduct investigations related to employee complaints and grievances. Maintain a review process for terminations and corrective action. Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding company policies and procedures. Mediate conflicts and facilitate effective resolution. Collaborate with the VP of HR to ensure compliance in all HR functions. Create and deliver training sessions on employee relations topics. Review and provide feedback on employee performance evaluations. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations. All other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent related field experience. HRCI or SHRM-CP certification is preferred. Experience: 3+ years of Human Resources Management experience Extensive CA employment labor law knowledge is required Skills: Attention to detail and a strong sense of ethics Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Commitment to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Extensive knowledge of all HR laws (ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, OSHA) #J-18808-Ljbffr LUV Car Wash
