Human Resource Coordinator

Job Description
TSG Executive Search is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee records, compliance tracking, and day-to-day HR administration. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate new hire onboarding, paperwork, and employee file setup
Support recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and posting jobs
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Track required licenses, certifications, background checks, and other compliance items
Assist employees with routine HR questions and direct them to the right resources
Support offboarding and other HR administrative processes
Help keep HR systems, trackers, and reports up to date

Requirements
Qualifications

2+ years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems preferred
Healthcare, therapy, or multi-site experience is a plus
